WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
Once processed, Extravaganza tickets are non-refundable. However, they are transferable so feel free to give your ticket to someone else.
WILL I RECEIVE MY TICKETS PRIOR TO THE EVENT?
Tickets to The Whisky Extravaganza will be emailed to the email address you provide during checkout. The link to print your Extravaganza ticket(s) will arrive in your inbox. You will need to print your ticket before the event and present it upon check-in.
WHAT IS THE ATTIRE FOR THE EVENT?
All events are business casual. No athletic attire will be permitted. Dress denim is allowed at all venues except Chicago or Seattle. Additionally, please note that at the Seattle venue, jackets are required for men.
Coat check is available in the event of cold weather on the event day but it is not secured or manned. It is therefore recommended that you do not bring valuables such as laptops or tablets that would require storage during the event.
DO I HAVE TO BE 21 YEARS OLD TO ATTEND?
Yes, no one under the age of 21 is permitted inside The Whisky Extravaganza. There are no exceptions!

Can I volunteer or help out at The Whisky Extravaganza?
There will be an opportunity for volunteers at all events. If you are interested, CLICK HERE to fill out our volunteer form online. It will ask you to provide your contact information, indicate the market you are interested in and to answer a few short questions about your abilities and interests. Upon receipt of your form, we’ll be in touch with next steps.
